Directly wiring with ethernet is just simply not working for some reason. The port lights on both devices are not blinking, or even showing yellow. My cloud device is not showing up as a connected device so I don't think it is communicating at all with the router modem combo. Unplug the power for a good 60 seconds and restore power. The common issue seems to stem from there. While rebooting the router lets flush the DNS, you can accomplish this by opening the command prompt and type IPCONFIG /FLUSH DNS. Open the command prompt by typing CMD in the search bar.
